| Reporters Without Borders is shocked to learn that Canadian newspaper reporter Michelle Lang was killed on Dec. 30 in the southern province of Kandahar. She was the seventh woman journalist to be killed in 2009. The number of journalists killed in 2009 grows up to 77. |
